  My Girl wanted to come here & watch the NBA game 5 finals. We enjoyed ourselves very much, my wings was delicious & the fries were hot! Hot French fries is always important to me when I out ordering some. The service was good and she was happy so what more could I ask for!

  Had to put a star but didn't want to service sucks
  
  Service was horrible we asked for silverware was told there was none clean so they gave plastic ones with appetizers then we didn't have napkins asked several times then when food came out asked for silverware manager hop on table and got from another table then took forever to get refills. Manager on phones then for the sucky service nothing was offered. This place is the worst for service .Manager came to the table to say a bunch of nothing didn't even offer us deductions of bill for poor service food came out cold smh

  Despite the reviews, I decided to give this Friday's a shot.  Unfortunately, the service remained extremely slow.  It was a Monday night and about half the tables were empty.  There is no justification as to why it took to an additional hour for my entree (a salad) to come out after I received my appetizer.  This location may be suitable if you're just looking to have a couple of drinks and have some time to kill, otherwise not if you are hungry.

  So I'm huge on customer service!!! Nay was AWESOME!!! Her service was really good and she made several recommendations for food and drinks!! This isn't my first rodeo at TGI Friday's but it's the first with this great customer services she exceeded exceptions! I really enjoyed this visit. I had three children with me and my sister! We didn't have a wait to be seated, service and food was fast and friendly! We had a great experience!

  If there was a 3.5, that's about where I would set the stars here. Since the service from waiter Tyrone was so good, he brought it up to a 4.
  
  Upon arriving, we were seated instantly and began looking over the menu. I already knew what I wanted (beyond burger, no cheese no bun), so it wasn't long before we were ready. It took a long time for someone to come to our table, but as soon as our waiter came, he apologized for the wait and gave us excellent service for the remainder of the night.
  
  We ordered drinks, and I wasn't really a fan. They seemed very weak, but to be honest I am used to speakeasy drinks lately, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say they were average. I wouldn't come here for drinks again, just the food.
  
  My beyond burger was overcooked at first, so I asked Tyrone if I could get a new one. In a few minutes he brought it out and it was perfectly cooked. (If you order the Beyond Burger, it should still be pink inside or it's overcooked and will be dry.) Also he remembered everything I ordered both times without me asking twice (no bun, no cheese!)
  
  Bottom line, when you come here, don't come for the drinks, and ask for Tyrone!
